COVID-19
In the current state of health emergency in which we coexist as a society, the Lickanantay Geoturism Ltd. company is committed today and always to the health of all our clients, suppliers, workers and collaborators. That is why we comply with all sanitary protocols and recommendations, according to Exempt Resolution No. 591 of the Ministry of Health of Chile, in which we implement and adhere to the preventive recommendations and suggestions for Travel Agencies and Tour Operators, in order to reduce the risk of contagion of COVID-19, according to the guide made available by the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism, the Department of Tourism and SERNATUR.
Our commitment to this sanitary emergency is:
- We inform about the health situation of the country and the commune in a daily basis, modifying any internal protocol that needs to be updated according to the recommendations based on the Ministry of Health and the WHO.
- Carry out training sessions for workers based on the protocols for action against COVID-19, linked to the new health management of the company.
- Respond to queries, claims and observations that customers may have regarding the preventive measures adopted by the company around the health emergency.
- Ensure the safeguarding of evidence of compliance with the health management system (check-up records, instructions, info graphics, training records, customer records, visits and suppliers, among others).

- Communicate and inform through social networks constantly and clearly, the management, prevention and control practices, in accordance with the instructions given by the sanitary authority.
- Incorporate and maintain updated all the signage and infographics in the office.
- Maintain contact with the tourist during their stay, and alert if necessary, of changes in the program and/or security practices against COVID-19.
- Avoid the use of paper.
- The incorporation of alternatives in case of possible restrictions during the execution of services.
